Opportunistic-profile transaction initiated in January 2018 through the acquisition of a loan from SAREB. The manager maximized the return on the transaction through a two-phase structure: (i) management of the credit position and (ii) real estate development of eight units in a prime seafront location in Badalona, on the Barcelona coast.
